Absolutamente nada que ver. Photoshop es para manipulación de imágenes y Corel es para dibujo vectorial.
En todo caso sería Illustrator ó Corel...

wow ya salio Photoshop cs5? hasta donde conozco Corel trabaje en vectores mientras que Photoshop trabaja con imagenes pixeles , personalmente me inclino a trabajar con photoshop en imagenes fotograficas (gif,bmp,jpg,etc)y corel para diseño de catalogos .Illustrator trabaja tambien con vectores .
en realidad hacen trabajos distintos...
